Can you please elaborate on this for me?
Do you have the phone plugged into the master socket or does your service come from the router on one of the new 21cv phone lines?
Have you tried an alternative handset?

The phone is plug incorrect and my had tried ring the house phone is was ringing and I have this problem before there was a fault on the line
