Hello,
we have had a power it today and since the power has come back on I have no phone line. Having checked the status for the LU5 area it’s saying it’s ok, but don’t think this is correct. Can you help? Thanks

Hi @Jean09Brent, really sorry your phone line seems to be down at the moment.
It does look like there's a problem with your line based on the diagnostics I've just ran, although this may not be an area problem which is why it isn't displaying on the service checker.
I'll pop you a PM to get a technician booked in for you, as this may be necessary to get your phone line working again.
Please expect this message shortly (see it on the purple envelope), and reply directly when you can.

It would seem my phoneline has now been fixed. Please cancel the technician for Tuesday. Thank you for your help
