You will need to speak to our care teams to have the service migrated for DOCSIS services first. They will ask you a series a questions regarding your phone services and whether you have alarm or heath services linked to your phone.

You would need to log into the hub first of all and see if your VM telephone landline is provisioned for a connection via the hub.
If it is, you should see that telephony is ready/enabled on the 'Welcome' page for the hub (along the lines of the image below but which might not be a fully up to date screenshot)
