No landlines BH8

Since mid morning 18 Feb 2022 I have had no landline(s) to the property. Neither line working. Can't ring the two numbers I have and can't dial out as have no dial tone. Although it appears there may be the same issue across other Bournemouth postcodes I thought it best to add BH8 to the list to make sure Virgin know....as the website says there are no issues with the phone system when it appears that there is. It was also unhelpful to suggest ringing 150 to report the problem as the phone doesn't work!
