No landline dial tone since weekend ,checked service status , say there are no problems. Have done all checks on my equipment unplugged landline phone from power and wall connection sockets reset router etc . Needs resolving paying for non existent services and no contact !!

Thanks for coming back to me and confirming.
I have done further checks and done a work order to the faults management team for the no dial tone. They'll investigate this and resolve it asap.
I have also done a SNR (signal to noise ratio) form as you do have an SNR fault on one of your downstream channels but this wouldn't be causing the no dial tone. This has gone to the networks team and will also be resolved asap.

I am sorry for the landline issue. Can you confirm, as I can see from a system check that you've recently been part of the home phone migration to phone via the router, is your home phone connected to the telephone port of the router?

Still have no landline or correspondence from Virgin ,can you please explain what is happening ? not happy paying for a service I cant use ..

This was picked up by the relevant team yesterday and they have checked the line which was showing as all okay. It was also ringing when they called (there was no answer).
What is happening exactly when you try to make a call please?
Do you have the phone connected to the hub?
Do you have another handset you can try?

We have no dial tone at all and phone was working perfectly .Have connected to hub via the cable sent, have reset everything still nothing. I don't have another phone or even access to one ..
