I had have no landline since Thursday 17th February. I have called and tried to fix myself. I am an 80 year old woman that has been loyal to Virgin for many years. All I ask is an engineer to be sent out to fix this problem please. I cannot fix this and am not capable to do so myself. If I can't get an engineer or have this landline back, than I shall be thinking about going elsewhere for more personal and helpful service. Thank you

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your landline.
Can you confirm if your phone line is connected into your wall socket or if it's connected into the router please?
