No landline for over a week. Not connected.

Cant get a manager to phone me on my mobile.

Appalling customer service. 

Wish we had not decided to come back to Virgin after nearly joining Sky.

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community 🙂

 

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the land line.

 

Do you have a dial tone?

 

Are you plugged into the master socket? It will have a larger socket and contain a logo of Virgin Media, NTL, Telewest or Nynex. Any extension sockets will be smaller and have no logo.

Hi

No tone.

Connected in exactly same way as when it did work with Virgin before we were cut off by Virgin. A mistake made and admitted by Virgin.
