Like many others it seems, I too now have no landline. No dial tone, cannot make or receive calls.
Tried a wired phone which also did not work.
Rebooted the hub and now I get the Line Cord error message on my phone. No warning lights showing on the hub.
Broadband works OK.
Would like some help please.

So sorry for any issues caused, from checking our service it seems that your landline is affected by an area fault.
The estimated fix time currently is 10:05 AM tomorrow.
