No landline - incorrect number

I am a VirginMedia customer and have the full compliment TV, Broadband and Phone.

our landline stopped receiving calls over a month ago (wall connected landline) there is no dial tone and when I try to ring the number it states “You have dialled an incorrect number”

We have had this number for over 20 years.

I have tried to report via 150 and they keep sending me a link to status in area but this always states no issues.

is there any other way to get this resolved.

Hi Peterwalsh66,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry about the landline issue. You are affected by an outage. F009755773 is the fault reference number and the estimated fix date is today at 4pm. Check it again after this time and let me know, I'll be delighted to assist further if I am needed 🙂

Evening John, I have tried ringing my phone again still not working. 

No dial tone on phone and still unrecognised number.
