No landline - been more than 6 weeks!

No landline since 20th October been receiving these updates twice a day

 

Virgin Media Outage Update - Description: Service update. Telephone fault F006672254. The latest update we have is: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem. The estimated repair time is now: 05/11/2018 16:00:00. The Virgin Media Team.- ID: F006672254. Best wishes, the Virgin Media Team.

Today's update

What is going on!!?? No one has been around or contacted me about this.

Really frustrating !

Please do something.

Katie did get back to your PM on the 22nd Dec advising you that this was due to an area fault with the reference F006672254.

Katie also advised about the fact that loss of service credits had been applied for you.

If you did not see her Pm please check your PM inbox.

The issue appears to have been resolved on the 5th, a day after you posted. Can you confirm if this issue is still ongoing?

If so please pop back to the PM I have sent on he top right hand side.
