Landline stopped working this afternoon. Can't report online as keep getting send back to service status page which says there isn't a problem!

Hi @Amanda777,

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first post.

Sorry to hear your landline is down. We can understand the inconvenience caused by this. Just to confirm, is your landline completely down and without a dial tone? Have you also checked the back of the device to see if the cables are well connected and in good condition? Also is your hub connected to the wall or the hub?

Thanks,

Yes tried all of the suggestions online .

The phone rang once this afternoon and has been out of action ever since. No dial tone and makes a clicking noise.

Phone is connected to the wall

Thank you for letting me know @Amanda777

In this case, I have sent you a private message to further look into this for you. Please lookout for the purple envelope on the top right-hand corner and provide a response when you can.

Thanks,

Hello Again,

My landline has started to work again so I need to cancel the engineer appointment but can't do it online as the appointment doesn't show in our account and although it shows in the app, I can't cancel it there.

Please help!

Amanda
