i have been waiting for 3mths for my landline to be sorted, have had no feedback from my phone calls and every time i have to phone on my mobile i have to go through all the procedure again only to be told it will go to the back office??? to be sorted. It's costing me a fortune on my mobile, today I cannot get through at all. can anyone help me out there please?
