Landline stopped working yesterday evening ‘check phone line’ message displayed on handset - still no service today - no info available on website - please advise when this issue will be fixed. Thank you

Sorry to hear about the landline issue affecting your services.
From my experience if the phone line is saying that - it usually boils down to a fault known as 'No Dial Tone' - can you confirm if there is a dial tone or not? And if so - is it a broken one? Also are you able to try a different handset please?

There is no dial tone from any handset - same message showing on each handset ‘check phone line’ can’t dial out from any handset as no dial tone - can’t receive any incoming calls as nothing coming in - no dial tone - no ring tone.  As I said in my previous message ‘No incoming or outgoing calls via landline’. All had been perfectly OK until around 8.30pm on Tuesday evening (24 May).
