No dialling tone

I have no dialling tone on my home ph this is now twice in 2 wks i have no way o contacting them as this is the only ph i have i am now very annoyed with this i cant contact anyone does anyone have any idea what i can do please

Hi

From a BT or New world public payphone, you can call FREE on 0800 183 1234 and select option 4 then option 2 which will put you through to customer services and faults.

Alternatively, if using a BT payphone you can insert 60p and dial the direct number 0345 454 1111. 60p will give you 30 minutes of talk time after which it is 10p for every 5 minutes after that.

I know this is not ideal but it is the only way to contact them if you don’t have a mobile.
