Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you are facing issues with your landline, I was able to locate your services with the details we have for you and can see there is currently an area fault, this is an SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this ASAP.
This was picked up on 06/02/22 and the estimate fix time is 22/02/22 @ 13:15, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
