its not a tech that is needed it is the company u use to pull a new cable
i didnt say i didnt want it fixed just find it hard to believe its been nearly a year to fix it and u now want to send a tech out again

it was last year
they said they could get hold of cable because of covid and never heard anything back from them or you guys again
