No dial tone

no dial tone have unplugged everything tried with no luck
We don’t have multiple handsets - it’s a single phone. And we’ve bought a new handset to try. Still no dialling tone.

I am so sorry to hear that you're facing some issues with your landline service and are unable to hear a dial tone. I've checked the systems on our end and I can't seem to see any issues on the line currently to explain this.
