No dial tone

Hi,

My landline has no dial tone, i've checked for area faults and i've tried a different handset but its still the same.

As I can't ring 150 from my landline could i arrange for an engineer visit please.

My internet and Broadband are fine.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your landline.

I have been able to locate your account from your community profile and have ran some tests on your line, there is an issue that I cannot resolve from here, this would need a visit from one of our technicians.
