VM Landline no dial tone since Sunday, bought new phone and plugged into Telewest wall socket no dial tone on that either. Status page says no know issues in my area. Been a VM customer for 20 years. Unable to use my VM mobile as reception is poor in my area. Can you help check my landline please, think I may need an engineer.

I have located the Line from the Froums details
No issues in the area
Next question was, have you tried a new phone
Which you have already
We will need to get a Technician booked to come out
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
