We have no dial tone on our landline. Handset shows the message “check line”. Have unplugged handset from wall socket and reconnected - made no difference. When we tried to call our landline from our mobile the call went straight to voicemail, left a message but handset does not show any 1571 message received. Checked service status which shows no phone problems in the area. What should we try now?
