No dial tone. Phone rings frequently, just one ring

re Landline:status check reckons service is ok. Subsequent help pages not helpful. Phone settings unchanged, have unplugged reconnected, turned off/on etc. Any ideas what's next!

I have been able to run a test on our side and we may need to book in an engineer to investigate this.
