No Phone Service

@tech_support. Lost all services last night. BB and TV came back later in the Evening. Still not Dial tone on Landline.

Service Status says no issues. Done all tests with sockets etc.

Chat Bot does not support Land Line it says !

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the service issue you have had. 

I have been able to locate your account and ran a test on our side and it is showing an outage. 

The reference is: F009567806 and the estimated fix date is: 11/01/2022 21:40:00.

I can receive broadband and tv but cannot make or receive landline telephone calls

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline. 

Please could you let me know how your landline is connected? Is this via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?

Thanks for speedy reply  landline is connected by wall socket but all is well after 12hours phone was reconnected no idea how and is working fine
