After there was some work done in our area last week (04/08/2022) with Virgin engineers, we have not been able to use our landline. Whenever we try to make a call, someone is always talking. When we try to ring the landline the phone does not ring. I have not been able to contact Virgin. I hope someone from Virgin reads this message

I have arranged the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
