My home landline has no dial tone. I can't make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls and the Virgin website just sends me round in circles when I try to look for help.
If I call my home number on my mobile it says 'Number Not Valid'.
The online status checker says there's no issue, but there clearly is. I've checked my internal phone connection and tried using a different phone, but there is still no service.
