We have no dial tone for our landline since mid morning. Virgin Media site says there are no problems in our area but I see that BH17 has the same problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to report problems and I know that phoning them on my Pay As You Go mobile will cost an arm and a leg. Any solutions anyone?
