No Land line for 2 days

Hi Guys 

I've had no Land line for two days, Have rung Virgin media for support via mobile and been advised of a known issue in my postcode, However when I log in online there are no service issues in my area.

I am concerned that This may not get addressed.

In addition I'm still using the land line, I am waiting for a letter about a conversion date to the Hub (I have the adapter) I have attempted to connect via the hub with no success.

Sorry to hear this 

We do have a service status line 0800 561 0061 which is more up yo date with service affected issues 

I can also look into this for you 
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
