No Dial tone

Hello 🙂

For the last few months my home phone has stopped working. It has no dial tone and when we dial the number using a mobile it disconnects the call.

I've disconnected the wire and plugged back in, changed house phones, checked status in area that says it should work fine. 

But still no luck 😞
