My landline has given up the ghost, its been intermitent for a few days now completely gone. I've tried all the usual tricks, change lines, telephones etc. We have 3 phones in the house and none of them have dial tone. All phones seem to be working OK. I can't find an engineers number to help either. As we are old and rely heavily on the landline (having no internet) this is a major priority for me. There doesn't seem to be a local problem either. Please help, I think its the box.

Can you provide a screen shot of what is happening when you try to access it?
Are you able to access is from an alternative browser?

Thank you for providing this @martinanpaul and I am so sorry that this was not resolved using another browser.
We are aware of some issues effecting our sites, I have fed this back to the teams working on this currently and we do hope to have this back up and running soon.
