Our landline appears to have died. No dial tone and incoming calls get the 'engaged' tone.
I have tried the suggestions on the company website. Tried using the test connection. All phones are on the hook. Main phone is connected to the virgin phone box. Ive read through the forum and tried the other suggestions with no luck.
I think I need an engineers visit.
