No Caller ID or 1471 since line repaired. How do I get these services back

Since having a landline repair today I have no called ID or 1471 service . I need these both. How do I get the service back.

Yes they are working now. Thank you so much. You have no idea what a relief it is to get these back. I am 80 and it is essential for me to have these services.
