Cannot find the answer to how to get our cordless system up and running.

Disconnected the wired phone the installation guy put on the system and plugged our master base station into the router and zilch, na da, nothing.

Seems to be a lot having problems but cannot find a solution.

Found an RJ11 splitter and an RJ11 to RJ11 extension cable on the Rainforest Website, delivered today, fitted and the phone system is now up and running.

Online research showed that the second RJ11 socket on the Hub 4 is for a second phone line.

Hi @Col50,

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your phone service isn't working. I've ran some checks on my end, and have located the source of the issue. I'm going to pop you a private message to gather some more details.

Please look out for it in the purple envelope in the top-right of the Forums.

Thanks,
