Hi
I ordered a new Virgin landline on my existing broadband account and requested a port of my existing BT landline number.
I got a text to say Yodel were delivering equipment yesterday, however nothing has arrived and I haven't received a confirmed port date for my number from BT.
Could someone from Virgin confirm these details for me?

Thanks for posting, welcome to both Virgin Media and indeed the community.
The number ports normally go through the same day installed but if not, within 10 working days.
