New Phone Line not activated

Hi

I had to make a change my account back at end of February and part of the package was receiving a new phone number.

I was expecting to receive a letter with the new phone number but haven't received anything, and I'm still not getting any dial tone. I've tested the phone in a friends house so its not an issue with that.

Would it be possible for someone to have a look into this and check the phone line has actually been activated since the switch?

Hi bernt58, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the landline, is this is line though the socket in the wall it would still ring on the switch. Can you run a fault test via the online account to see if it detects any issues with the phone service. ^Chris

I ran the test and no issues reported.
