Neighbours can get Broadband, I cant?

Nearly all my neighbours in my block including my direct neighbours who live on the third floor as me can get Virgin Cable Broadband, but i can’t? I see the brown virgin media wires coming into all their properties so whats stopping me getting access? A simple visit from a Virgin engineer or whoever couldve answer my questions as the Live Chat team have been hopeless, giving me generic answers.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear that all other propertied in your Block can get Virgin Media services other than you.

I would advise speaking to our Sales team on 0800 183 1234 who would be able to arrange a spotter( Technician) to check the cabling out?
