Just noticed my home phone says Check phone line and I have no dial tone. I have been reading about switchover, but I haven't received a letter, and email or an adaptor. Checked all the information on the website, but I have no idea if my phone line has already been switched over or not. It would be helpful to know if my area is covered and if I can get an adaptor. I have a Hub 3 next to my phone.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the landline.
I have taken a look at things from our side and there are no area outages showing.
I will send you a private message now so I can look into the home switch over for you or book an engineer if this is a service fault.
