My phone line is dead & I do not have an adapter. Tried to ring virgin, could only find a number in complaints using a borrowed mobile. This contact was in south africa, did not grasp I just need an adapter sent eventually arranged an engineer visit which I probably don't need. Please just send me an adapter to try as we are past the cutoff date.
