The one phone which I use constantly gives no dial tone. I followed your instructions and
1. Unscrewed the two small screws and slid out the bottom half of the face plate.
2. Plugged my phone into the test socket and tried to make a call.
Nothing happened - no ring - no dial tone.
Your guidance says "If you can't dial out at the test socket, then the line is likely to be at fault. You'll need to report it to your telephone service provider, which could well be us."
I cannot find anywhere else to report it - so please treat this as a report.

Hi there @michaelwilks2 sorry for the delayed reply.
I have checked the ticket and the engineers have extended this fault due to more time being needed for the repair.
They are estimating around 9pm today evening this issue should be resolved by.

Hey @michaelwilks2, thanks for speaking with us today.
After some digging we have found and identified an area fault causing the issue.
The estimated repair time for this is 13:15 hours today, January 9th 2023.
Let us know how it goes once the repair is complete and we can go on from there.

I'm sorry to hear the issue has not been resolved still.
Looking on here the fault ticket has been updated and the repair is still on-going due to the nature of the fault.
It is an area issue which is affecting all landline services in that area.
