Hi,
I live in a ground floor flat. I'm with Sky and the internet is terrible, and I'm desperate to switch to Virgin.
When I type in my postcode, and flat number to check availability on the Virgin website, it says broadband is not available in my area. However, when I type in my upstairs's neighbour's flat number, the website says it is available.
When I call up, the salesperson is always rude and unhelpful and tells me that my neighbour doesn't have virgin, when indeed I have seen Virgin media in her house and she receives bills from Virgin; I even saw the engineer coming!
Is there a way to get someone to actually check for me?
