We're sorry you didn't receive the notifications of the landline service changes, we send the notification prior to the work via letter, email and text. We're sorry these weren't received prior to the change, did you receive a Private Message from Zoie?

I didn't receive any notification of any landlines changeover either & have no idea what this about in fact 

Have you replied to my colleagues private message? So this can be looked into further and find out why you weren't informed of the changeover.
