Firstly my wife and I are out of the country.
My daughter who keeps an eye on our house while we are on holiday just discovered that our landline is not working. She makes visits to the house on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The message she is getting now when she tries to use the phone says "line cord error. Please check"
i.e the line is dead. Unfortunately this is the third time it happened when we are on holiday
It happened last year and the year before it.
Could you please check this problem for me?
The problem must have happened between last Saturday 16th March and today the 23rd March.

P.s. I can't use my virgin mobile when I am away.

Firstly you shouldn’t post your personal phone numbers on this site and secondly the account holder will have to phone Virgin media on +44(0)3454541111 and report a fault.
Calling the UK from where I am is £2.60 per minute.
I will ask my daughter to call.
