I apologise that you've been faced with this issue - upon checking our systems I can see that there has been a fault reported and raised today that would be affecting you. The reference to this is F010077164 and the ETA on this is 17:35PM today. I've had this fault a couple of months with waiting for new phone and work and just using mobile phone will this fault you said still be the fault thanks

Right, okay - thank you for letting me know that. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to run diagnostics or arrange for an engineer until the fault is over and moved from the account. If everything is still the same after the time has passed and it's confirmed the fault has been fixed - we would be more than happy to take it from there 🙂
