My landline is dead

My phone is reporting that the phone line is dead.

My daughter tells me that she was sent a message and an adapter cable saying her phone connection would be changed to a hub socket  and her phone would go dead if she did not do this.

Virgin have not sent me any details of any change.  Status reports no problem

From the Hub's menu at http://192.168.0.1   ( the password is on a sticker )  the status info shows if the Hub's has Telephone Enabled or Disabled.

Checked Hub 3.0, shows telephone disabled.
