My landline doesn’t ring in

I can make calls on my landline but if I call my landline it just rings out but not on the landline

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing issues with your landline and incoming calls. 

Can we ask if it certain calls that are unable to call your number or all calls? Can we also ask if you're making any changes on your account or have a number port due to happen? It sounds silly, but do you have the handset plugged in to the back of your hub?

This cat Sue has now been resolved not a fault on virgins part I was just too eager and they’ve now connected my old phone number thank you virgin
