Help please
We lost our land line and Internet briefly yesterday.
Internet is back on but landline keeps saying Check phone line & we can't get calls in or out.
Also tried ringing 0343454111 as recommended by Virgin (on my mobile) & it's saying I've dialed an incorrect number.

Hi LuckyNana8, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the phone line, can you ensure that it is plugged in to the hub and not the wall socket. Can you confirm which light is on the hub and if a reboot changes anything for you?, Chris
