Moving house

Mother moves on Saturday. Is an already existing virgin media customer. Her home phone line (virgin media) has gone dead. No dial tone. When we call her we get a recorded message saying unrecognised number. She's had that number for 30 years. She's supposed to be getting it ported to her new property but I don't think they can install until my I'd week or soemthing. This has left her in a predicament as the electricity supplier is meant to be calling her back about her electric key. Is this usual for virgin media to cut the line of a mover 2 days before they move? She's in tears.

Hi sezicoolcat

This is not good at all

Was the request already i to take her number over to her new property

Will she be staying with s or moving to an alternative provider?

Sorry I may have misread your post

It is not meant be cut until the day of the move

But sometimes accident can happen

Don't worry I can have a good look into this

Can you pleas check the purple envelope for a private message
