I have just got my first bill through but cannot see where to find my balance for home phone minutes from Talk Extra 100. I have read through other posts on this forum and it hasn't been answered I'd expect to see it on my bill overview in the spreadsheet download but it doesn't.
This is very important to ensure I'm not going over the 100 mins allowance. When I phoned 150, they weren't able to tell me and said to wait for my next bill - which does't help.
Can someone advise where to find this please?
