Returned from leave and discovered my land line is completely dead with no dial tone, can an engineer visit to fix it?

I have arranged for the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues with your landline at the moment, I have looked into this and ran a few tests to check the status of the line and I have found that a technician visit would be needed to get this resolved for you.
