Hello,
I had a technician visit on Thursday 8th September to install a second TiVo box. I tried to use the landline today, and am getting "line cord error" message. I have rebooted the phone (cordless), checked the socket, tried different equipment and checked the service status page but am getting no reports of errors. Please can you help, I don't know if the error is connected to the previous visit of the technician.
