Line cord error. No way to report on website.

Hello

My home phone is not working, with line cord error coming up on the phone. No incoming or outgoing calls are possible. The help section has no option to submit a report for a phone that is not working.

I am responsible for the care of my ill 87 year old mother in law, who cannot call a mobile number no matter how many times I try and explain it to her. So the home phone is vital.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your Phoneline isn't working which is worry due to your unwell Mother-in-law not having a Mobile so can only call you on the landline.

I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can see there is an area issue effecting your Phoneline the estimated fix time is 8:05 today, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for responding. The website is saying that there are no issues, so I assumed it was on my line only. I appreciate the clarification.  

It can take a little while for our Service Status to update, you can also register for updates Via your Online Account.

Several hours later and it still says "We can’t see any issues". 

Might be fixed now actually!
