I am sorry to hear that you have an issue with your land line.
Can i ask if you have tried the following?
- Have you tried a different handset, just to rule this out ?
- Unplugged everything from the main socket , including any extensions and filters where applicable.
- Plug the phone directly into the socket without anything else plugged in.
- Unplug the phone from the power supply for a couple of minutes.
